The project is a regeneration challenge where the unveiling of a new system of urban relationships allows for a new crossing/connective building. This new idea, which is organised looking at the existing city, in particular around the archeological field and the former Post Office Building, generates a new linear urban architecture that cuts off and dialogues at the same level with the Tizar Boris III Boulevard to the East of the site. The proposed building becomes a new North-South axis, creates a better dialogue with the archeological sites, and generates green urban spaces with human scale and quality.
